Hello. I have created a request type and added several people who can view and raise this work item in the restricted list. But users that I have added are not being allowed to view it.
Any help would be appreciated.

You have created a request type in a Jira Service Management. So you are expecting to propose this type of request in your support portal.
You add people in the restricted list, but did you also invite them as client to your support portal ?
