Restricted Access for Move, Copy and Data Export

Hi All - I don't see an option to restrict Move, Copy and Data Export only to Admin OR designated team member. Is this feature really not available in JIRA ? If not, any workaround?

Also, can the system generate an alert/email if someone copy/move or export the data?

Is there a support phone number where I can dial in to discuss this?

Are you talking about Move, Copy, and Export Data for issues?

Move Issue is one of the permissions that can be configured in a Project's Permission Scheme. You should be able to restrict that feature.

I'm not sure which features you are talking about with Copy and Data Export. If you are referring to that functionality with regard to Issues, when you say Copy do you actually mean Clone? And are you also talking about using the Export feature on the Issue Search screen?

As I said, you can affect permissions to Move an issue by modifying the Permissions scheme associated with the project.

There is nothing in the Permissions Scheme that affects just Cloning an issue. I did find this older post in this community that mentions another way to block the permission through custom workflows.
