Restrict the number of users of a specific JIRA add-on - Projectrak

Hi All,

Currently the JIRA instance which my team is using has 210 users, but if I want to restrict the number of users for a specific add-on (Projectrak) to 10 (given that it is free for up to 10 users), since it is used by only a handful of users, such that I do not have to purchase it for all the 210 users, what would be the process ?

Hi @Shashank Gaurav,

Unfortunately, there is no process for that. Atlassian marketplace pricing is very transparent: an app is always purchased and billed at the same user tier as the product you install it on.
