Restrict issuetype

How can we restrict bugs issue type to move to another any other issue type. Is it possible via script? share other ways also.

while I'm doing bulk change for issue type field update i want bugs not to be moved to any other issue type like task, story etc. and other issue types can be moved. I want to restrict bug.
