Restrict filter permissions

Dear all,

I would like to restrict the access to JIRA filters. I would like the users to see all public filters and to be able to make their own filters on them whenever they search sth but I DO NOT want them to be able to create and save own filters (at least not as public to be seen by anyone). 

Where can I restrict these permissions?

You can change the ability to share filters and dashboards under settings > system > global permissions

Thanks for your answer. I wasn't sure if this permission is avoiding exactly this. But i will give it a try  :)

It will also prevent the ability to share Dashboards.
