Restrict Mobile Usage

Hi,

How to restrict users from accessing Jira software and Confluence through personal mobiles and limit only through company laptops.

I'm not sure that you can do that. However you can read this https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/mobile-app-management-mam-for-atlassian-mobile-apps/ with which:

When you set up a mobile policy, your users' devices will need to meet your security requirements before they can access the mobile apps connected to your organization.

However, if your company laptop uses a VPN, then perhaps you can upgrade to Premium plan and use the whitelist IP functionality to limit how the users login to your site.
