Is there a way to restrict jira plans access by default to only assigned users or groups?
By default my Jira now setting each new Jira plan to 'Open' by default. Since we want to work security by default we would like the default select to be set to 'Restricted' unless a user specifically changes this value to 'open'. This to prevent security issues.
