I have done a manual backup from Jira Software (free) to an offline file system. This was done when the environment was considered 'clean' but also configured. We performed some work to try somethings out in our preparation and now want to refresh the system using these backups. When we tried to restore, Jira Software told us the backups were older than 14 days and I couldn't see an option to move forward anyway. Basically, the offline backups should restore the system back to it's pristine state. This was done earlier successfully. This time, it's now 14+ days. Can I somehow override this?
