Hello,

We moved a Jira server to another new Jira instance, but we have to change the crowd server and user logins aren't the same as the previous crowd used.

How to keep / restore preference of user despite the login is changed? (Dashboard, filter, ...)

Hi Romain,

The usernames will need to match the old ones, so this may require you to connect the old Crowd directory back to the instance of Jira and then migrate your users between the directories. 

You can also have a look at Importing users from one Crowd instance to another.
