Restore desactivate users JIRA

Good morning,

After making an error in the configuration of the LDAP user directory, all users were disabled.

I have reset the settings but users are still disabled. What can I do to quickly correct this error?
Install the backup?

Answer accepted

The problem is resolved, all the settings were not reset. If you have done something wrong in JIRA simply reset what you modify can save time !
