Hi we have received an email that our Jira Software have been cancelled and we should Atlassian, to continue using our Jira at get our data back:
But who should we actually contact the contact us leads to a generic page?

On that Contact Us page, scroll to the bottom and find the Create a Support Ticket link (under resources).
That will have several options you can use to get the account re-enabled.
