Hello @Claire ,

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

I understand how important access to your site is, and I’m sorry for the trouble you’re running into with the “Page unavailable / site unavailable” message. Let me explain what’s happening and what options are available.

Upon checking, I can see that your cloud site soleilsvet933.atlassian.net was suspended due to inactivity . This can happen on Free sites when our system doesn’t detect any activity for an extended period. “Activity” can be as simple as logging in and viewing a page or a board.

As part of our data handling and security practices, we send email notifications to the billing/admin contacts before deactivation, explaining that:The site is scheduled to be deactivated due to inactivity , and• After a limited data retention period , the data will be permanently deleted in line with our data storage and deletion policies.

According to our records, the data for soleilsvet933.atlassian.net has now passed this retention window and has been completely and permanently deleted from our systems. Because of this, we’re unfortunately not able to recover the site or its contents .You can find more information about our data retention and deletion behavior here:Track storage and move data across apps | Atlassian Support

I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for. If any admin previously created exports or backups (for example, issue exports from Jira or space exports from Confluence), those would be your only option for recovering some of the old content on your side.

Otherwise, you’re very welcome to start fresh with a new Cloud site via our free trials here:• Try Atlassian products for free |Products | Atlassian

Hi Claire,

I understand how important it is to regain access to your work environments. Since I am a community member and do not have internal access to Atlassian’s databases to "turn on" an account manually, I can guide you through the official recovery process.

Here is what you should check to get your site back:

1. Verify your Site Status
Go to your browser and type in your URL directly: soleilsvet933.atlassian.net.

If it says "Site not found" (404): If a Free site is inactive for more than 120 days, Atlassian may deactivate it.

If it says "Your account is deactivated": You will need to reach out to the Site Administrator (the person who originally set up the account) to re-enable your user profile.

2. Password Recovery
If the site exists but you cannot log in, go to id.atlassian.com and enter your email. Use the "Can't log in?" link to trigger a password reset. Tip: Check your Spam/Junk folder for the reset email.

3. Contact the Billing/Account Team (For Owners)
If you are the owner of this site and it has been suspended or you cannot access the admin panel, you must use the official recovery form:

Atlassian Support Contact Form

Select "Account login and profile" as the issue type.

Provide your site URL (soleilsvet933.atlassian.net) and explain that you need to restore access to your data.

4. Check for "Deactivation" Emails
Search your inbox for any emails from "Atlassian" or "Jira" sent in the last 3 months. Often, there are warning emails sent before a site is deactivated due to inactivity.

I hope you manage to get back into your Jira and Confluence spaces soon!
