Resolved and Closed

In the workflow, we have two statuses "Resolved" and "Closed" in the task, what is the difference between them. If all roles can be moved by status, and only certain roles in the project can be closed. So everyone can put Resolved, but can't close the task?

Hey @Ivan Andrieiev ,

The difference between both statuses depends very much on how you want to work with them. It could mean that "resolved" stands for something that has been fixed, and "closed" is a status where this fix has been approved. It would be a final state, so to speak.

I can also imagine different ways of working with both statuses but as I said, that's up to you.

Best, Max
