Resolution is not changing

hey,

I defined in our workflow a post function that will change the resolution to done once a task has been transitioned to 'Done'

Nevertheless, feels like on some cases, once changing the task's transition to done, the resolution isn't changed and I have to reopen it, change it back to done - only then does the resolution changes.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

You mention it “feels like“. I think I would wait to see it happen again and look at the history of that issue and troubleshoot from there. If you have an active example of that situation, please let us know and let’s dive in a bit deeper.

So the immediate observation is that the first transition to DONE is from READY FOR PRODUCTION DEPLOY... and the Resolution is not set. Then you transition to PENDING and then to DONE which show that Resolution is set. Now if I look at your earlier image the READY FOR PRODUCTION DEPLOY... status is missing in the "from" statuses. Could it be that you have a separate transition from that status to Done and the PF is not on that transition?
