I've been importing CSV's from our Bugzilla for several days for various projects. I thought it would be good to reset the database to default before the final imports. My cancellation request was last Thursday. This is Monday and still pending.
Is support any better with the paid version?
It would be a lot nicer to have full control and make things happen instantly. I understand the need to protect the data. But starting out there is a need to play with the tool and understand the quirks.
