When I click reset password, can't receive the email.
But received one mail told me: My password reset function is disable, please contact administrator.
So I need your help to reset my password.

Is this on your company's Jira instance?
Usually when it says "contact Administrator" it means your internal Admin. I'd try contacting your own company's IT Support Team or similar.

You need to contact your own Admin team internally - we can't help you from here.
As I say, usually the Admins would be an IT Support team, or DevOps team, or something similar to that :)
