I've tried to replicate this issue, but it worked normally. I've searched for recent bugs, but no one has reported this.
If the user is still facing this issue, can you please ask them to test using another network?
Also, test using another browser or incognito window. If possible, open the developer tools on the browser to check if it shows other error.
It will help us to isolate the issue in order to replicate this.
