Reset backup timer limit

Hello,

I exported one cloud backup file, now i wanted to export local server backup as well from JIRA, however i am not allowed as i need to wait 48 hours.
Since this is not an option due to factors outside of my control, searched the forum, found some "ask support" answers, tried reaching support, but your system forwarded me to write a forum post instead and disabled the option for writing a support ticket.
