Requirements and Test Management Executions has no Test Case

Have an execution that I was working through and fail a test, created a defect and then realised I had done something wrong

Didn't remove link and deleted the defect

My execution now does not show any test cases unless I filter and don't include the failed case

Guess it can't find the link - anyway of fixing ?
