Requirement Traceability Matrix out of the box

Hi, I would like to know if I can get a Traceability matrix stating from JIRA Business requirements till UAT test cases, assuming that I have properly linked all the tasks and sub tasks. Is this available out of the box?

Have you taken a look at all the requirements management add-ons in the Atlassian Marketplace to see if they fit your use case?

For example, ReqFLO - Requirements Management in Jira has a traceability matrix. I haven't used any of these add-ons, but it's worth it to install a trial and see if they solve your problem.
