We are trying to call external REST APIs from Jira Cloud script runner. For that we are using ScriptRunner Addon to call external APIs.

We tried with the range provided at "https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/ip-addresses-and-domains-for-atlassian-cloud-products/" ; but we don't have luck to get it success. Can you provide us how we can get exact range which we can put in our whitelisting

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The ranges you see in that doc are the "exact range" you need to set up.  Scriptrunner is bound within the ranges Atlassian announce, the docs say "No private APIs are available, only those specifically white-listed by Atlassian".

I think the first thing to do is look at how the calls you are making are responded to and try to trace them by running them from another place, then looking at the differences.
