I'm reaching out to inquire about whether there are any services for creating custom in-app user guidance for our project users. We're interested in functionalities like:

• Developing features or add-ons that help users discover and adopt project workflows.
• Creating prompts and walkthroughs that guide them through the entire project lifecycle or workflow.
• Ability to write the content, select the target audience, and specify where and when the in-app guidance appears.
• User activity monitoring and reporting of using this guidance.

I don't know any ready-made service for that.

But, if building it for yourself in the form of a Forge app, there is a set of components Atlassian provides for this exact purpose!

Because I think, developing the content to display is more work than developing the technical parts of this custom app, I think building it with Forge is viable path.
