Hello,
My access to JIRA and Confluence has been suspended due to inactivity since January.
I am currently unable to contact support, and the data associated with my account is important.
Could you please advise me on the procedure to recover my access, or put me in contact with the appropriate support team to restore it?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Romain
The URL of my workspace is:
https://hhdftest.atlassian.net/jira/your-work
The account has been inactive for less than 60 days, so recovery should still be possible.
Hello @Romain FOUQUE ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)
Please note that upon further investigation, the cloud site was destroyed and cannot be recovered, the licenses were deleted because they were not used. The licenses were cancelled and deactivated on the 20th of January, 2026 .

Welcome to the community.
Is your instance suspended or don't you have access anymore.
If its just access reach out to your admins?
If you are an admin, can you still access admin.atlassian.com?
I do suspect you are referring to the instance suspended, as you created the instance your would been sent mails ion this upcoming suspension, based on no activity.
So I have requested assistance from Atlassian, they will reach out via this post, this can take up to two business days.

Hello,
Yes, I did receive warning emails in January regarding the upcoming suspension, but unfortunately I did not see them at the time.
I need to recover the data I had stored on Confluence, but I no longer have access to the instance.
When I try to access the site, I receive the following message:
"Page unavailable
Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5–10 minutes, then please contact our support team."
I sincerely hope I will be able to recover my data, as it contains important professional information.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Romain

So Atlassian will reach out via this post, and if its indeed less than 60 days, it should be recoverable.
But as you state its important professional information, I would suggest to you to either pay for a subscription if the information is so relevant.
When a product is stated "Free", there are always rules and guidelines related.
Free is never really free on products!

I will discuss with my manager the possibility of purchasing a license once the data has been recovered.
Thank you
