Request to Remove Timezone from Jira Service Account

for my knowledge each user, including a service account, needs to have a timezone set.

Hi @SQ Data Engineer I'm not exactly sure what your question is, are you having issues where the time zone isn't working as you expect?  There are some work items on Atlassian's Jira Site like JRACLOUD-82219 .  Feel free to search for a specific issue you are having and vote for and watch it for updates.
