My Atlassian/Jira account seems to be deactivated. How could I reactivated it ? Could you help me please ?

We are a user community, not the Atlassian support team. We can offer you advice but can't access your subscription information.
Were you using a paid subscription or a free subscription?
Atlassian does not typically deactivate a subscription without sending emails first. Did you receive such a emails?
Does anybody else have access to manage the subscription? If so did you check if they deactivated it?
When was the last time you could successfully access the product?
