I am writing to request the reactivation of my Atlassian Cloud site, which appears to be currently unavailable due to inactivity.
I understand that the site may have entered a dormant state due to prolonged inactivity. I would like to continue using the site and kindly ask for your assistance in restoring access.

If it has been dormant from more then a 120 days (free tier instance) it will be disabled and then after a specified time period the data is permanently deleted. Emails are sent to the Organisation admins and Billing and Technical contacts before either of those actions are taken.

At this point it sounds like your product subscription was deactivated and the data deleted. The data can't be recovered if it has been deleted. If it was still possible to reactivate the site and restore the data you would see that option in the pages available at https:// admin.atlassian.com
