Hello Atlassian Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding our Jira instance:
https://kedge-cleverage.atlassian.net/
Our former Atlassian partner has confirmed that their management account no longer has access to this instance, neither on the front-end nor on the back-office.
However, they also informed us that, from Atlassian's side, the instance is still technically attached to their partner account. As a result, our organization remains dependent on them.
In order to complete the retrocession process and fully detach this instance from the partner account, we were advised that the client must contact Atlassian directly to request the removal of this link.
Could you please let us know how to proceed to:
Detach this Jira instance from the former partner account
Ensure that our organization (KEDGE / https://kedgebs.atlassian.net\) becomes fully independent and manages the instance directly
If you need any additional information or verification from our side, please let me know.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Nelson De Neiva
