I believe the Jira Product Discovery subscription was mistakenly activated, as we are not using this service. Kindly request a cancellation of the payment and subscription. Thank you

An authorised person in your company should be able to cancel the subscription in the admin.atlassian.com area of your site. Please see the documentation here -
