I believe the Jira Product Discovery subscription was mistakenly activated, as we are not using this service. Kindly request a cancellation of the payment and subscription. Thank you

An authorised person in your company should be able to cancel the subscription in the admin.atlassian.com area of your site. Please see the documentation here -

I have admin access and have already cancelled the Jira Product Discovery subscription in admin.atlassian.com following those steps.
However, the subscription was activated by mistake and we have not used this product, but the payment for the current period has already been charged.
The relevant invoice code is E-442-JYE-484-RV5.
Could you please let me know how I can request a refund (or credit) for this mistaken charge, or which Atlassian support/billing channel I should contact for this?
