Representing milestones on Advanced Roadmaps view - on the Timeline Bar?

Hi, we are just beginning to use Advanced Roadmaps. We wish to represent key project 'milestones' on the timeline bar in Advanced Roadmaps view for the stakeholders. Does JIRA offer this? Any alternate options for this?

Hi @Aravind Gopalakrishnan

The only available option and my recommendation would be to use the project version or releases (although you may not actually release something) but Jira versions have dates associated with them and you can use them in your plan to represent that event.

You can also vote on this suggestion: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-20254

I hope it helps.

Thanks @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ . Not sure if I can visualize what you say in Jira. However, what we would like to have is to represent milestones on the timeline bar in the 'Plans' view. Using the project or releases does not seem user friendly options.
