Would anyone know how to get a report of the user who created the most tickets? I would like to see how many tickets every staff member has created for the past year in order to see who is generating the most tickets. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would run a search for all issues created in the last year ("created > -365d" for example), save it as a filter, and then use that gadget in a dashboard gadget - filter statistics with the creator chosen as the statistic to report. It will give you the top 50 creators.

First of all, you must be an admin to create reports.
