Reports: Completed tickets do not show up in the burn up/down charts.

Hi,

I have a next-gen project and use story points for estimation. Even if I mark tickets as done, they do not appear correctly in the reports. I read here that it is because of the board filters. Board filters are not editable in next-gen projects. How do I get accurate reporting of previous and current sprints? You can see that PH-528 and PH-509 are done but the insights do not reflect that.

I am not as familiar with TMP (next-gen) projects however, in CMP,  you need to ensure that  your Done status is in your right-most column. Your image shows that it is not. I suspect the same rule applies in TMP. Give it a try.
