Reporting

Hi,

I have project setup (Epic) with start, Due dates which keeps changing.

If either of the dates or both changes, I should be able to pull a report that will show me how was the initial plan (first entry) vs how the new dates look like along with which are all the dates that a start or Due date changed to get where it is now.

Below is a snap of the report I am looking for.

Any suggestions how to create this using either existing components or any alternative way would be very helpful.
