I have such a problem. I have a form on my website that creates a report in Jira after the client sends a bug. Everything would be ok, if not for the fact that I cannot set the person assigned to the error in the report (it is always the same person from the machine) and the reporting person (at this point the e-mail address of the reporting person).

Just for a better understanding of the issue so we can help you with this request, we need more information about how the ticket is being created.
I can see that on your site, there are Jira Software and Jira Service Management and you also mentioned Form that is a feature available on Jira Work Management projects.
With this said, can you please let us know if clients are creating tickets via Issue Collector (it can be used on any project), customer portal, or widget (Service projects), or via Forms (Business projects)?

Do you mean the assignee of the ticket or the person who reported the issue?
If possible, share a screenshot with us, just make sure to hide private information.
