Hi,
When an user creates an issue we set de reporter in a insight type custom field.
But the reporter and reporterId are diferents so this custom filed is incorrect.
The values that I can see in the logs are:
ReporterId: 00739674 / Reporter: 03739674(00739674)
The correct one is 03xxxx but it sets the other one with 00xxx.
I think it is related with the AD users configuration... but I am not sure.
If someone can help me, please !!
