I am now in a translation team. And we would like to use Jira for task tracking.
We have dozens of projects and our translators may work in several projects.
Unlike workload of software development, I customized a field called "Wordcount" to record how many words they have translated in this month. And by the end of this month, I need to create a workload report for all translators.
My questions is
1. Can Jira generate reports corss project? (As I have explained our translators may work in several project at the same time)
2. Can it calculate data based on a cunstomed field?(the "Wordcount" I set. I need to know who translate how many words in which project. It can be a task list or a sumed result) If not, you have have and apps to help created this kind of report?

Hi @Dennis Chen - unfortunately Summing up data from issues is not a feature that is built-in to Jira. There's a very full answer to this question here:
