Report that show JIRA ticket moving from UAT back to DEV

Report that show JIRA ticket moving from UAT back to DEV

I am looking for a report that will track JIRA issues when they move from the UAT Column on the Board back to DEV

We are looking to analyze work that went to UAT but we had to send back to DEV for a developer to make fixes, changes, etc.

I don't see an "out-of-the-box" JIRA report that does this?

Any ideas?

Hi Dwight,

You can try a filter like:

project = ABC and status changed FROM "UAT" TO "DEV" AFTER startOfMonth()

That will show all tickets on ABC project that moved from UAT to DEV this month. Be sure to use the exact status names for UAT and DEV.

and if you need something to track how many times an issue needs to go thru test before passing fully, consider a custom field with automation to increment the value for each 'failed test' transition from UAT --> DEV.
