Report series with a SLA filter is always 0

Lena Krauß

Hi everyone!

I have a question regarding reports and SLA filters.

I created a report to show average service levels (let's call it "Example service level") over time for different ticket types (the type is stored in a custom field: "Example field"). But I only want to include tickets that meet the time target for "example service level".

So I added a series, chose Example service level (Avg.) as a series and filtered via JQL for the following tickets:

Example field = "Type 1" AND "Example service level" != breached()

Unfortunately, the created series is always 0 and does not contain any ticket. But when I create a filter exactly as the JQL line above, it does contain a lot of tickets.

I would be happy about some help or hints for that!
Thanks in advance and best regards

Lena
