if you set the mouse over the "Created" you can see the time.
Also, if you export the report the created datetime appears.

I didn't work with "Reports and timesheets for Jira", I can not help you about this plugin.
But...I'm working with EazyBI and it's amazing. You can do all your want with this application.
If you can buy it...will be the best solution.
Also, their support is "5 stars always".

By default, eazyBI groups data by days as the most granular level in the Time dimension. However, using the JavaScript calculated custom field option, you can precalculate and import a new "Hour of day Created" dimension and see this information split by hours.
