Report of all issues within a board

I've inherited a JIRA board used by our helpdesk to track issues raised through from backlog > development > testing > live.

Is it possible to run a report showing all the issues which are outstanding on a board?  I'm ideally looking to be able to export to Excel so I can filter/prioritise.  

I've been able to run this within JIRA but not export.

Sounds like you've gotten through the hardest part- getting your list of the outstanding issues. You should see an Export button on the upper right-hand corner of the search/filter screen.
