Report for time not logged

We utilize Tempo Timesheets within Jira. Is there a way to search for work items that are in a status category of Done but no time has been logged in Tempo for it? I am not sure if this is more of a Tempo Support question.

status = Done AND timespent IS EMPTY

Tempo timesheets app offers a "Logged Time" report. You may contact the app vendor to check if there is a way to filter the report for work items with no time entries.
