Where can I raise the issue that under my notifications I could see notifications from another company, that I am not a part of their organization.
These happened twice and I got screenshots about their tickets appearing as I was tagged in them, I can see various info about their tickets and when I clicked I get the message that : XXXXX@XXXX.com doesn't have access to Confluence on XXXXXXX.atlassian.net.
Tried to report this via submitting it as a request, It didn't work out. Chat directs me to a link in order to create a ticket that will be once more handled from an AI agent (the same agent). I land where I started.

You should be able to create a support ticket that is handled by a human. But you have to pass the AI support bot first. I've marked this ticket for Atlassian Support to assist you with this.
