You can do this by using the opsbar-sequence property on the transition.

@Bastian StehmannI have tried to add 10, 20, 30 and so on up to 140 to opsbar-sequence.
Added 140 to 'DONE' but still it's showing as a first option in workflow. I published draft workflow. Please refer the screenshot below.

it seems that you added the property to the status. You have to add the property to the transitions (the outgoing arrows).
