Reorder the List view when grouped by Category

Is it possible to change and save the order of the items when grouped by Category in the List view?
By default, the ordering is alphabetical but I would like to change it so that it reflects the business process.

It may not be the perfect solution, but you can try to use numerical order to your advantage. Prefix each category with a number based on your business logic.
