Reopening a closed SPRINT

One of the Team members has closed 3 of the proceeding sprints.  I looked in help and have enabled concurrent SPRINT but still get the error message below:

Based on the information you have given you are most likely running into the third complex scenario described in this KB, Reopen a sprint.

Scenario details

• You closed Sprint 1, and there were no completed issues in it.
• All incomplete issues were moved back to the Backlog.
• During sprint planning, you moved all of these issues to the future sprint, Sprint 2.
• You started Sprint 2, and Sprint 2 is a currently active sprint when you try to reopen Sprint 1.
• The Parallel Sprints feature is enabled.

Expected result
Sprint 1 cannot be reopened because all of its issues are now in the currently active sprint, Sprint 2.

Hi Richard, and welcome to the community!

It seems like you want more than one active sprint in Jira. To accomplish that, you need to enable parallel sprints.
