Reopen transition not visible on Closed state

I cannot reopen closed issues.

I'm the Admin and the configurator of the workflow.

Currently, the reopen transition is not visible on the Workflow configuration page:

Hi Alex,

I wasn't able to see the screencast so I advice creating a support request at support.atlassian.comif you require quick and personalised assistance.

My guess is that there is a PreCondition on the Transition that the user is not meeting and so the transition doesn't show.
