Rename Standard fields in jira.

Hi,

We are upgrading jira 4.1.2 to 6.1.6 and we need to rename standard jira fields.

For example: We want to change "Project" to "Sites", "Issues" to "tasks" etc.

Please suggest any solution.

Easiest way to do this is to use the In-Product Transalations plugin.

But it gives control to a group of people on the fly and ight be tedious if the change has to be done in lot of places. In that case, try https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Translating+JIRA
