Removing Notification Schemes from Archived Projects

Hi

I am in the process of tidying up my notification schemes - some are associated with archived projects - I would like to remove these notification schemes from the archived projects because these projects don't need them.

I have restored these projects and gone in to project settings but I can't see / find how I can decouple these  projects from their notifications schemes?

Hi Sherry!

If you go to your project settings you will see the Notifications section there. From there you can switch Notification scheme:

Then on the next screen you will have the option to select None:

Hello @Sherry Nightingale 

What are the Types of the projects? Get that information from the Type column on the list of projects page available from Project > More Projects > View All Projects.

If they are Team Managed projects, those do not use a Notification Scheme. Notification Schemes are used only by Company Managed projects.

If they are Company Managed projects, go to Project Settings > Notifications > Settings. Click on the Actions button and select User A Different Scheme. In the next page you can select None as the scheme.

Thanks Trudy - they are company managed and i've now switched to None :-)
