A few years ago, we briefly tried Jira Service Management, but decided not to use that tool. We removed the JSM project, uninstalled it - it doesn't appear under "Product Access" - yet nearly 20 users still have access to JSM according to Administration > Directory > Managed Accounts. How can we FULLY remove JSM and remove these user's access to it?
Hi @[deleted]
If you go to admin.atlassian.com does it show there?
If not then most likely all it is saying is that you have members remaining in the group associated with Jira Service Management
This even happens in Data Center, groups don't get deleted after removal of a app, you have to manually remove the groups
If this is the case you would go to the group management and delete the group. If that doesn't work you can try removing all members from the group then deleting the group.
Best,
Clark
Thanks Clark. Yup, JSM doesn't appear in admin.atlassian.com, doesn't appear under product access, no user groups associated with it. I'm wondering if I should re-install JSM and recreate the user groups? JSM lingering on our instance is giving us "ads" for Opsgenie and StatusPage, which confuse our new users.
