Hi, i removed my colleague from Jira. Is it possible change his status to suspended? I can not find him now. thanks.

Unfortunately, this is not possible on the Cloud.
You can raise a support ticket with Atlassian and ask them if they can help with this issue, but you cannot do this while on the Free Plan of Jira.

Once you remove or delete a user, they are no longer visible in your user list. So, you can't change their status after that. But still you can do this
1. Go to Atlassian Admin
2. Choose your Organization.
3. Click Directory-Users.
4. Search the person's name or email. If you do not find them, they are already deleted, but if they are showing, then click their name on the suspended account.
